I am an investor relations specialist assisting CFOs in listed corporations with maximizing their owner’s loyalty towards the corporation.

When special situations arise, I fight alongside my client.

I hold an M.Sc. in finance and economics from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics).

Since 2001, I have worked with communication with investors, assessment and handling of sustainability, regulatory and political affairs and issues management.

In 2005, I co-authored the "Handbook on Investor Relations" for the Norwegian Investor Relations Association (NIRF).

In 2021, I wrote a handbook on corporate communications.
